Make fresh oil & vinegar based Foothill Farms® Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing & Seasoning Mix with a classic blend of herbs, spices and garlic. Regular or lite dressings can be easily prepared by changing the amount of oil and following the appropriate recipe on the package. Contains no MSG.
Ingredients
Salt, Sugar, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Guar Gum, Soybean Oil, Xanthan Gum, Spice Extract, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use
1. In a large mixing bowl add Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (7.6 oz) to 3 cups of vinegar and 5 cups of water.
2. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at high speed.
3. Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon of vegetable oil. Mix at high speed for about 2 minutes, until well mixed.
4. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
Optional: For a lite version of Italian Dressing, add mix to 3 cups of vinegar, ½ gallon of water and 5 cups of vegetable oil.

Storage Information
Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to 15 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry place.
