Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Spanish Style Rice Mix is a blend of gorgeous red and green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic and zesty seasonings. With just a hint of spices, Foothill Farms® Whole Grain Spanish Style Rice Mix is never overwhelming, but never overlooked. Whole grain brown rice included.
Ingredients
Whole Grain Parboiled Brown Rice, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Red & Green Bell Pepper), Spice, Salt, Tomato Powder, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Maltodextrin, Beet Powder (Color), Soybean Oil, Extractive of Paprika, Jalapeno Pepper Powder, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use
1. Combine 3 qts water and 4 oz (8 Tbsp) butter (optional) in a stockpot. Bring to a boil.
2. Add contents of rice bag (29 oz) and seasoning packet (7 oz). Stir well.
3. Return to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer (gentle boil, 200°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Stir well.
5. Transfer to serving pan and keep warm (160°F).
6. Fluff with fork before serving.

Makes about 4 quarts seasoned rice per package.

Storage Information
Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to 18 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry place.
