A versatile chicken flavor base that is an ideal starter for creating soups, sauces, gravies, and seasoning for a variety of dishes. A savory blend of spices and flavors are blended to create this unique product which is an economical alterative to scratch cooking.

Salt, Dextrose, Modified Food Starch, Monosodium Glutamate, Chicken Fat, Soybean Oil, Onion Powder, Spice (including Turmeric), Garlic Powder, Disodium Inosinate & Disodium Guanylate, Spice Extractives (includes Paprika, Celery).

Directions For Use
To prepare soup or broth, dissolve base in boiling water as follows:
Use 1 1/2 tsp of base with 1 cup (8 fl oz) of boiling water
4 oz. of base with 5 quarts of boiling water
1 lb of base with 5 gallons of boiling water
30 lbs of base with 150 gallons of boiling water

Number of 1 cup broth servings per pail: about 2400
Storage Information
Prior to reconstitution, this product will be stable for up to 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place. KEEP REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING FOR OPTIMUM FLAVOR. Please reference the "best by" date on the product.
