Ingredients
- 5 lbs Chicken Breast, Diced, 1/2" Squares
- 2 Tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend - Salt Free
- 4 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/2 gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Deluxe Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix
- 3 1/4 lbs Whole Grain Spaghetti, Cooked
- 5 cups Broccoli, Steamed and Chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken with the Garlic & Herb Seasoning until thoroughly coated.
- Using a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Set aside.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Deluxe Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix and hot water until smooth. Set aside.
- To serve, top the cooked spaghetti with chicken, broccoli, and alfredo sauce.
