Breakfast Pizza
This hearty pizza includes all of your breakfast favorites- eggs, sausage and hash browns! This recipe uses Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Instant Mix.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix
- 1/2 gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
- 1 Pizza Crust
- 1 cup Eggs, Scrambled
- 1/4 cup Red and Green Peppers, Roasted or Steamed
- 1/2 cup Sausage, Cooked
- 1 cup Hash Browns, cooked
- 1/2 cup Cheese Blend, Shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Instant Mix and water until the mix is completely dissolved and the cheese sauce is smooth.
- Add 1 cup of prepared Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce to pizza crust.
- Top with scrambled eggs, peppers, sausage, hash browns and cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
