Blue Cheese & Bacon Puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing & Seasoning Mix - Naturally & Artificially Flavored, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and fresh chives (if using). Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Roll the puff pastry onto a floured surface and cut the pastry into 2-3-inch squares.
  4. Spoon a small amount of the blue cheese and bacon filling into the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry diagonally to form a small pocket or triangle. Press the edges to seal the puff tightly.
  6. For a golden finish, brush the top of each puff with a beaten egg.
  7. Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden and puffed up.
  8. Let the puffs cool slightly before serving.
