
Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken, 8 piece cut
- Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 1 lb. Mushrooms
- 1 28 oz. can Tomatoes, crushed
- 2 Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 Tbsp. Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Take chicken pieces and lightly coat with flour.
- In a Dutch Oven on medium heat, add the olive oil. Lightly brown the chicken, turning to brown all sides.
- Remove the chicken and add the carrots and mushrooms and sauté lightly.
- Add the tomatoes, potatoes, and Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until combined.
- Add the chicken and bake covered for 35-45 minutes until tender and fully cooked. The minimum internal temperature of the chicken should be 165℉.
