
Stuffed Mini Peppers

Ingredients
- 12 Mini Bell Peppers
- 1 Tbsp. Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉.
- Cut the tops off the mini peppers and remove the seeds. Cut the mini peppers in half. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, cream cheese, and ¼ cup of mozzarella. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into each mini pepper, filling them generously. Garnish with remaining cup of mozzarella.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
