Ingredients
- 1 Loaf French Bread, sliced
- 3 Medium Tomatoes, diced
- 1 tsp Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉. Brush slices of French bread lightly with olive oil.
- Toast bread for 5-7 minutes or until golden crispy.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Stir to combine.
- Spoon the seasoned tomato mixture onto each toasted bread slice.
- Serve immediately while the bread is still warm.
