Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375℉. Brush slices of French bread lightly with olive oil.
2. Toast bread for 5-7 minutes or until golden crispy.
3. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic. Stir to combine.
4. Spoon the seasoned tomato mixture onto each toasted bread slice.
5. Serve immediately while the bread is still warm.
