Mario's Lite Italian Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 4 cups White Vinegar
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 quarts Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix to the vinegar, lemon juice, water, and sugar. Mix well with an immersion or stick blender at high speed for about 5 minutes or until combined
- Continue mixing and slowly add the vegetable oil
- Mix at high speed for about 2 minutes or until well mixed. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator
