
Italian Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Large Carrots
- 1 Small Zucchini
- 1 lb Mushrooms
- 6 quarts Water
- 3/4 cup Orrington Farms® Broth Base Chicken Flavored
- 1 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes (or Pureed)
- 1 15.5 oz can Garbanzo Beans
- 3 Tbsp Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 lb Pasta
Instructions
- Prepare vegetables by peeling and slicing the carrots. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms
- On medium-high heat, place 6 quarts of water into a stock pot and stir in Orrington Farms® Broth Base Chicken Flavored soup base until dissolved.
- Add tomatoes and stir until mixed
- Add prepared vegetables and garbanzo beans and continue cooking for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender
- Add Foothill Farms® Italian Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix and stir until dissolved
- Add pasta and cook for an additional 12 minutes
