Peanut Butter Banana Muffins with Chocolate Drizzle

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 400°F. Coat 18 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or paper line; set aside.
  2. Pour 2 cups cold milk into the bowl of an electric mixer; add Foothill Farms® Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix – With Other Natural Flavor. Using the whisk attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Turn off and scrape sides.
  3. Continue mixing on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until firm. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. Mix eggs, water, vegetable oil and Jif® Natural Peanut Butter together in the bowl of an electric mixer until blended together. Add muffin mix and blend until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Scoop approximately 3 ounces batter into each prepared cup. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove muffins from pan and finish cooling on rack.
  7. When muffins are completely cooled, transfer Foothill Farms® Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix – With Other Natural Flavor to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
  8. Insert tip into the top of the muffin. Push into muffin about 1-inch. Squeeze the Foothill Farms® Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix – With Other Natural Flavor into the muffin, about 1 tablespoon, filling until it comes up to the top.
  9. Squeeze the filling in a circular motion to decorate the top.
  10. Drizzle each with Smucker’s® Chocolate Platescapers® Dessert Topping.
