Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

  1. Pour milk into the bowl of a large electric mixer; add Foothill Farms® Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix – With Other Natural Flavor. Using the whisk attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Turn off and scrape sides.
  2. Continue mixing on high speed for 3 to 4 minutes or until firm. Set aside.
  3. Whisk water and Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter together until smooth. Add pancake mix and stir to combine (batter will be lumpy). Add splashes of water until desired texture is reached.
  4. On a preheated griddle coated with some vegetable oil, portion out a scant ¼ cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. To serve: Place 3 pancakes on a platter. Top each pancake with about 2 tablespoons Foothill Farms® Banana Flavored Cream Dessert Filling Mix – With Other Natural Flavor, and drizzle with Smucker’s® Caramel PlateScapers® Dessert Topping.
