Pesto Alfredo Pizza

This savory vegetable and cheese pizza uses Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix to complement this recipe.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix
  • 1/2 gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
  • 1 tbsp Basil Pesto
  • 1 each Pizza Crust, Prepared, (15 in. x 10 in.)
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 cup Sweet Peppers, Mini, Sliced
  • 1 cup Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1 cup Artichokes, Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, Chopped
  • As Needed Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  • As Needed Basil, Fresh, Minced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Classic Alfredo Sauce Creamy Parmesan Instant Mix and water until the mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of the alfredo sauce and pesto until combined.
  4. Spread over the pizza crust.
  5. Top with the mozzarella cheese, peppers, tomatoes, artichokes and onion.
  6. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan and basil.
