Lobster Mac & Cheese
A creamy, indulgent, comfort food with a rich lobster flavor. This recipe uses Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix and Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix.

Ingredients
- 1 bag Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix
- 1/2 gal Hot Water (180°-190°F)
- 1 1/2 qts Whole Milk
- 1 tbsp Lobster Base
- 6 cups Easy Melt White Cheddar, Shredded
- 2 lbs Lobster Meat, Chunked
- 4 lbs Pasta, Cooked (2 lb dry)
- 1 lb Bread Crumbs, Plain
- 1/2 cup Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix and water until the mix is dissolved and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the milk and lobster base and continue stirring.
- Fold in the easy-melt cheddar, lobster meat and pasta.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- In a separate large bowl, fold together the bread crumbs, Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing & Seasoning Mix, and parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle top of the pasta with the crumb mixture.
- Place in the oven to toast, about 15-20 minutes or until it reaches 165°F.
