Instructions

1. In a food processor or by hand, chop the chipotles very finely. Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing & Seasoning Mix and buttermilk until combined.
3. Add mayonnaise and continue mixing until smooth, about 2 minutes.
4. Add the chopped chipotles and mix until combined.
5. Refrigerate 3-4 hours to thicken the dressing.
6. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
7. NOTE: For more or less heat adjust the amount of chipotles added.
