Vegetable Beef Soup

The ultimate comfort food, this rich soup is full of vegetables and beef.

1  bag Foothill Farms® Beef Flavor Gravy Instant Mix (075T)
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  qt Beef stock
2  lbs Mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
1  lb Diced potatoes, canned


  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.
  2. Mix in beef stock to gravy and whisk until combined.
  3. Add vegetables and potatoes.
