  1. Prepare mashed potatoes per package instructions.
  2. Prepare spaghetti sauce per package instructions.
  3. Prepare meatballs per package instructions.
  4. Slice green & red peppers.
  5. For service, layer the following in the order below into a 12 oz bowl: 1. Mashed potatoes (1/2 cup) 2. Meatballs (3 oz) 3. Spaghetti sauce (1/2 cup) 4. Red & green sliced peppers (1/4 cup combined)
