Molten Bread Pudding

Ingredients

Recipe Yield: 8 - 9 oz servings

Amount Item
1  bag Foothill Farms Bread Pudding Mix (#102T)
1  qt Cold water
8  oz Raisins
2  lb Cubed bread product
  Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 qt cold water into mixing bowl or container. Pour mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mixture is completely dissolved and smooth.
  2. Add cubed bread to mixture and gently stir to combine. Fold in raisins.
  3. Spray mini Bundt pans with pan release spray and scoop mixture to the lip of the pan.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 20 - 25 minutes.
  5. Cool and fill with caramel sauce.
  6. Microwave for 20 seconds before serving.
