Horseradish Cheese Sauce

Horseradish Cheese Sauce

A sauce of melty cheddar cheese sauce and spicy horseradish. Great as a dip for fries, onion rings, breaded vegetables or fondue sauce. Use to coat wings or try using as a burger and hot dog topper, a spread for sandwiches or base for mac & cheese.

Ingredients

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix (#081T)
1 1/8  c Creamy horseradish sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
  2. Add horseradish sauce to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).
  3. Note: Can also use Foothill Farms Cheese Sauce Mix #094T, #088T and #105T.
