Cream Style Cauliflower

Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base Mix (#096T or #067T) |

Hot water (180°-190°F) |

Frozen cauliflower florets |
1 cup |
Shredded Mozzarella cheese |

Instructions
- Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (28 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
- In a third pan, mix together cauliflower, 1/2 c of sauce and cheese.
- For service: portion a 7 oz serving into bowl. Bake at 300F for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
