Country Potato Soup
A hearty potato soup with mushrooms and bacon.

Onions, chopped |

Chives, chopped |

Bacon, cooked & chopped |

Mushrooms, sauteed |

Instructions
- Pour 1.5 gallon hot water (180°-190°F) into stockpot over low heat. Pour contents of pouch (25.0 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Never boil.
- Add in potatoes, onions, chives, cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms and butter. Keep warm.
