Cilantro Lime Seasoned Pork Strips

A tangy and succulent cilantro lime pork tenderloin cut into strips perfect for fajitas.

1  lb Pork tenderloin, cut in strips
3  Tbsp Foothill Farms® Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning Mix (#S162)


  1. Place pork strips and Cilantro Lime Seasoning in a zip lock bag. Shake to coat meat evenly.
  2. Add a little olive oil to pan and sauté pork strips until done.
  3. Serve with warm tortillas onions, peppers, and guacamole. Note: beef or chicken can be substituted for pork.
