Spicy Great Northern Beans

Spice up Great Northern Beans with our Enchilada Sauce Mix.

Ingredients

1  bag Foothill Farms® Enchilada Sauce (#V532)
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
2  #10 cans Great Northern Beans, drained

Instructions

  1. Pour water into mixing bowl. Pour Enchilada Sauce Mix (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.
  2. In a full size hotel pan, add beans and sauce. Stir until well blended.
  3. Cover and bake in convection oven at 400°F for 20 minutes or until product reaches a temperature of 180°F.
  4. Option: puree or mash and serve with chips or crusty bread.
