Instructions
- Using a large stock pot, add 1 gal prepared Cream Soup, 1/2 gal prepared Nacho Cheese Sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add chicken and chilies. Slow simmer until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Never boil.
- Ladle soup into bowls. Top with crushed tortilla chips and garnish with green onions, tomatoes and sour cream.
