Instructions
- In large stock pot, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until translucent.
- Add cooked beef tips and rinsed black beans and bring up to temperature.
- Deglaze pot with barbecue sauce.
- In a separate mixing bowl or container, add hot water. Add contents of Soup Base (11 oz) to water while stirring with a wire whip or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and smooth in body.
- Add soup to pot. Slow simmer (never boil) and allow to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Ladle into serving bowls. Garnish with sour cream.
