1/2  gal Buttermilk
1  Bag Foothill Farms® Creamy Italian Dressing Mix
1/2  gal Mayonnaise
2 1/2  cups Chipotle paste (or puree)

Instructions

  1. In large mixing bowl add contents of package (4 oz) to buttermilk and mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed.
  2. Add mayonnaise and chipotle paste. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow dressing to thicken. Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator when not using.
