To-Go Sausage Biscuits

Take your biscuits and gravy on the go with this recipe.

1  bag Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base Mix (#096T or #067T)
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
2  lb Sausage
  Southern Style Biscuit Dough, large 4-4.5 oz


  1. For gravy: Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (28 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a stock pot, brown sausage.
  3. Add sauce to browned sausage. Stir to combine. Reserve warm.
  4. For biscuits: Place biscuits on sheet pan. Make a well in biscuit dough. Using a #30 scoop (2 Tbsp) place sauce onto of biscuit and bake per manufacturer's directions.
