Meatless Spaghetti with Red Sauce

Instructions
- Spaghetti Sauce: Combine water, one #10 can tomato paste and contents Spaghetti Sauce Mix (11.25 oz) in full-size steam table pan. Blend thoroughly. Cover with lid (do not use foil) and bake in 400ºF convection oven for 30-45 minutes; or until product reaches 180ºF. Stir half way through. Remove from oven and set aside.
- Divide pasta into 3 full-sized, lined hotel pans. Pour sauce evenly over. Stir to combine.
- If pasta is cool, place in 350°F convection oven for approx. 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven and place product in warming cabinet until served. Ensure that hot food is held at a temperature above 140°F.
