Instructions
- To prepare chicken: Thaw chicken in cooler overnight or until fully thawed. Alternatively place frozen chunks in preheated oven at 375°F for 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken when done and place in a warming cabinet until ready to use.
- To prepare gravy: Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Chicken Gravy Mix package (14.1 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and gravy is smooth. Set aside.
- To prepare mashed potatoes: follow package instructions.
- To assemble bowls: Add 4 fl oz of prepared mashed potatoes. Top with 1/4 cup of prepared corn. Place 4 chicken nuggets on top. Cover with 1/4 cup chicken gravy.
