Instructions
- Thaw chicken in cooler overnight or until fully thawed.
- Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of seasoning packet into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved.
- Place chicken into a full size steamtable pan. Pour prepared seasoning over chicken. Toss to evenly coat.
- Place peppers and onions on top of chicken (do not mix with seasoning). Cover and bake in 400°F convection oven for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
- Remove from oven and place product in warming cabinet until served. Ensure that hot food is held at a temperature above 140°F.
- Serve with whole grain tortilla.
