Taco Soup
A delicious soup composed of similar ingredients to those used inside a taco. Soup may be topped with cheese, sour cream, green onions, avocado or tortilla chips. Recipe submitted by Bloomfield Schools NM.

Foothill Farms® Taco Seasoning (either #V411 or #V413) |

Instructions
- Brown beef. Add onions and garlic. Cook until done. Drain well.
- Add all additional ingredients and cook until flavors are blended and temperature reaches 165ºF (about 1 hour). Hold at 140ºF or higher.
