Pear Ranch Dressing

Sweet pears add a unique dimension of flavor to fresh ranch salad dressing.

Ingredients

1  bag Foothill Farms® Ranch Dressing Mix (#V400 or #V402)
1  qt buttermilk
1/2  gal pureed canned pears (drained)
1  qt mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add ranch salad dressing mix to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
  2. Add pureed pears and continue mixing at low speed an additional minute.
  3. Add mayonnaise and continue mixing at low speed about two minutes until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
