Many of today's patrons are eating throughout the day to fit their non-stop lifestyles. A common Canadian dish made with French fries, topped with gravy and cheese curds.

Instructions
- Pour hot water into mixing container. Add Gravy Mix (14 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and gravy is smooth. Reserve warm.
- Cook 6 oz of fries to order and put on to serving dish. Top with 4 oz of gravy and 2 oz of cheese curds.
