6  c Whole Grain Quinoa
3  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning Mix (6 oz)
4  oz Butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a 2" full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, quinoa, contents of Seasoning packet and butter (optional). Stir well.
  2. Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 350°F convection oven for 40-50 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F).
