Spicy Pepper Jack Mac & Cheese
A unique, grown-up twist on a traditional favorite.

Cream cheese |

Cooked elbow macaroni |

Bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled |

White onion, diced & sautéed |

Jalapeño peppers, seeded, diced & sautéed |
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
- Add cream cheese to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add pasta, bacon, onions and peppers. Stir to combine.
- Place mixture into full sized pan. Cover and bake in 350ºF convection oven for 20-30 minutes, until heated through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Note: For more heat, add red pepper flakes.
