Monterey Spaghetti
A fresh white sauce take on traditional spaghetti with melty Monterey jack cheese sauce, hearty spinach and crunchy French-fried onions.

Grated Parmesan cheese, divided |

Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
- Add sour cream and 1/4 c parmesan cheese to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
- Add pasta, spinach and 3 oz French-fried onions. Stir to combine.
- Place mixture into full sized pan. Cover and bake in 350ºF convection oven for 20-30 minutes, until heated through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from oven, uncover and top with remaining onions and 1/4 c parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
