1  bag Foothill Farms Stroganoff Sauce Mix (#093T)
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
2  cups Sliced mushrooms
3  cloves Garlic, minced
1  cup Marsala wine


  1. Pour water into mixing bowl. Pour Sauce Mix (9.4 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic until mushrooms become soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add prepared sauce and wine. Serve with chicken breast and angel hair pasta.
