Instructions
- Char tomatillos on a grill, then dice. Set aside.
- Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
- Add mangoes, tomatillos, onion and cilantro to sauce. Stir to evenly combine. Reserve warm and set aside.
- For 1 order: Grill tilapia filet to order for approx. 8 minutes and place on a warmed plate. Top each filet with 4 oz. of Orange-Ancho Mango Salsa. Serve alongside ½ cup pilaf. Repeat for remaining orders, as needed.
