Instructions
- Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Enchilada Sauce Mix packet into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.
- Place frozen pierogies in a full size steamtable pan. Pour 1 qt of enchilada sauce over pierogies.
- Bake in 350°F convection oven 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
