Monterey Jack Chowder Soup

Ingredients

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
2  cups Low sodium chicken broth
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix
1  c Tomatoes
2  Tbsp Green chilies, canned, diced
1/2  c Onions, grilled, diced
2  c Corn, drained

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water and chicken broth. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, chilies, onion and corn.
