Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Spicy Buffalo chicken slathered over pizza crust and topped with blue cheese.

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
- Add Hot sauce and stir until combined. Add 1 cup of Buffalo Cheese Sauce to pizza crust. Refrigerate left over Buffalo Cheese Sauce.
- Toss chicken with hot sauce.
- Top pizza with chicken and blue cheese.
- Bake in convection oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
