Perfect Monterey Jack Mac & Cheese

Creamy, Delicious, mac and cheese is the perfect comfort food.

Ingredients

1/2  gal Hot water (180-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Mix (#106T)
1  qt Heavy whipping cream
16  cups Cooked noodles
2  cups Shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
  2. Add heavy whipping cream to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
  3. Add pasta to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
  4. Place mixture into full sized pan. Bake in 325ºF convection oven for 20-30 minutes, until heated through and internal temperature reaches 165°F and top is golden brown.
