Chicken Pot Pie 2
This Chicken Pot Pie is full of chicken and mixed vegetables combined in a creamy sauce and topped with a flaky dough to create a comfort food classic.

Instructions
- Add chicken base to prepared White Béchamel sauce and blend well.
- Add chicken and vegetables and mix well.
- Scoop 5.5 oz (#10 scoop) of mixture into 12 ramekins.
- Top with dough round and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 550°F in a convection oven.
