4 1/2  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
9  cups Instant Grits
1  bag Foothill Farms® Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix (#888T)


  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl. Add grits and cheese sauce mix (15 oz) to water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Stir until well blended
  2. Allow to sit 5 minutes to firm.
  3. Note: Can also use Foothill Farms Cheese Sauce Mix #094T, #088T and #105T.
