Steak Apple Walnut Blue Cheese Pizza
Add a seasonal spin to your fall menu with this delicious pizza combining walnuts, apples spinach and steak with blue cheese sauce.

Mayonnaise |

Par-baked pizza crust |

Shredded steak |

Thinly sliced apple (about 1/2 medium) |

Chopped walnuts |
1 cup |
Provolone & Mozzarella cheese mix |

Baby spinach |
Instructions
- Add contents of packet to 1 quart of sour cream and 1 quart of water. Mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed. Add ½ gallon of mayonnaise. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Evenly spread 1/2 cup of prepared Blue Cheese Dressing over the pizza crust. Cover and refrigerate remaining dressing.
- Evenly place steak, apples, walnuts and cheese over sauced pizza crust.
- Bake in 350°F convection oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place spinach over top.
