Gorgonzola Sauce
It's deceptively simple to make and the flavor is deep, but not too intense. Pair with roasted vegetables or flank steak.

Hot water (180°-190°F) |

Crumbled gorgonzola cheese |
Instructions
- Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of White Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
- Add cheese and mix until melted and well blended. Reserve warm.
