1  bag Foothill Farms Classic Red Enchilada Sauce Mix (#V532)
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms Demi Glace Suace Mix (#G702)
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  cup Fresh lime juice (approximately 4 limes)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1/2 gal of water into mixing bowl. Pour Enchilada Sauce Mix (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.
  2. In a separate 1.5 gal mixing bowl, add 1/2 gal of water. Then pour in Demi Glace Sauce (7 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved.
  3. Add Enchilada Sauce to Demi Glace Sauce. Add lime juice and stir.
  4. Serve over beef burrito, enchiladas or marinade beef.
