1  bag Foothill Farms Stroganoff Sauce Mix (#093T)
3  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
2  cups Sliced Mushrooms
1  cup Slicd Beef, fully cooked
4  cups Prepared pasta, small size, shell
  Sour cream


  1. Pour water into mixing bowl. Pour Sauce Mix (9.4 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved. Set aside.
  2. In a pot, sauté mushrooms until they become soft, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add prepared sauce, beef and pasta.
  4. Stir and bring to serving temp (145F). Never boil. Garnish each bowl with 1 Tbsp of sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
