Mornay Sauce
Béchamel sauce with shredded or grated Parmesan cheese added. Serve with seafood or over vegetables

Grated Parmesan cheese |

Nutmeg |

Butter |
Instructions
- Pour hot water into mixing bowl. Pour White Sauce into water while stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and smooth in body.
- Mix in well cheese and nutmeg. Cut unsalted butter into small chunks and fold into sauce until completely melted.
